1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Water Concierge Services ("WCS," "we," "us," or "our") for water treatment and filtration services, or by providing your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Water Concierge Services provides residential and commercial water treatment, filtration maintenance, installation, and related services in the Wellington, Florida area and surrounding communities. Specific services, pricing, and scheduling are determined on a per-customer basis.

3. SMS and Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number to Water Concierge Services, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us at the number provided. These messages include, but are not limited to:

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by submitting an opt-out request at our SMS policy page. For help, reply HELP to any message.

Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service from Water Concierge Services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and service address information. You are responsible for ensuring that a responsible adult is available or accessible for scheduled service appointments, or that adequate access instructions are provided. You agree to notify us of any changes to your contact information or service address.

5. Payment

Payment terms are established at the time of service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Water Concierge Services reserves the right to suspend service for accounts with outstanding balances. We accept payment through the methods specified on your invoice.

6. Service Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property and equipment for our technicians to perform scheduled services. If access is not available at the time of a scheduled appointment, a service visit fee may apply. You are responsible for providing accurate gate codes, access instructions, and any information necessary for safe service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Water Concierge Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any interruption in service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding any claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Water Concierge Services reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify customers of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
